Colleen was born and raised along the coast of Tampa, Florida. She began painting as a child and has been creating and designing ever since. As a teenager, she studied under Christopher Still whose works have been displayed in the Florida House of Representatives, Tampa International Airport, and most recently the Sandpearl Resort on Clearwater Beach, FL. With him she learned the delicate nature of oil and watercolor painting and sharpened her talent.

Her talent and skill brought her to Notre Dame, where she graduated with a double degree of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and Business Administration in Marketing. After college, she moved to Miami to study Art Direction at Miami Ad School in Miami, where her studies and work brought her to Amsterdam, Minneapolis, and London. Colleen was recruited from graduate school by M&C Saatchi in London, England as an Art Director for such accounts as Foster’s Beer and British Airways. There she won numerous advertising awards including 2 Cannes International Advertising Shortlists, a Silver Campaign Press Best Holiday and Travel, and 3rd in the Top Ten Best Ever Cinema Commercials.

In 2003, Colleen moved to New York where she has since worked freelance and fulltime for numerous famous advertising firms including Young & Rubicam, Draft/Foote, Cone & Belding, and Rapp Collins Worldwide. This experience afforded her the opportunity to learn multiple styles and serve a unique palette of clients, including the NFL, Sony, 7up, Verizon, Discovery Channel, XM Radio, and Mercedes Benz to name some.

Independent of her work with major advertising firms, Colleen was hired by five separate start-up companies seeking to brand themselves early and effectively. Collaborating with her clients, she developed the art of their identities, logos, and stationery, giving each business an individual look and feel. She has been creating work for family and friends’ events for years: Birthdays, Anniversaries, Birth Announcements, Bridal Showers, Bridesmaids Luncheons, and Wedding Stationery. Colleen is extremely meticulous and very detailed in her work – even designing her own wedding stationery so it would turn out just right.

Colleen specializes in creating custom handmade wedding stationery including: Save the Dates, Wedding Invitations, Wedding Programs, Place Cards, Table Cards, Thank You Notes, Favours, and/or any other stationery the bride and groom desire. Each item is detailed to include custom cut sizes, hand-tied bows, hand-torn edges, personally designed wax seals, or whatever is necessary. Every piece passes through Colleen’s hands so you can be assured of the highest standard of quality.

Colleen works closely with her clients so that the individuality of each bride drives the unique, memorable, handmade wedding stationery result. Colleen believes it is the details that bring life to the wedding and show the personality of the couple.
