The front and back have a lace background representing Carmen's work as a seamstress. The 'C' was
extracted from the lace pattern. The backdrop shows a light image of Carmen's face, a repetitive element within the invitation. The card was printed on a very fine greenish toned paper, further enhancing the antique feel.
